The Soft Check System (SCS) will give you a glimpse into what your customers credit is like, how much the customer might be approved for before getting to the financing stage, set a price range that makes sense, helps put your customers in the right vehicle, assists in getting through the sales process faster, and keeps the sales process based in reality.
Think of SCS as a quick background check that has no effect on a customer’s credit score but gives the Dealership the tools to move more cars.


The Process: SCS can be used for "ups", telephone, or online inquiries.


1) The Soft Check System is web based, mobile friendly, encrypted, secure, and specific to each dealership. Our technology systems manage data for hospitals and healthcare providers
in many locations throughout the United States ensuring data integrity & federal government compliance.


2) The customer provides basic information to the sales representative or receptionist during the "meet and greet" or "qualify" stage. Basic information is asked, such as: Name, Address, City, State, Zip Code, Phone Numbers.
During this time, the dealership representative is inputting the information the customer provides to the dealerships specific online form. When the forms are completely filled-out a submission takes place to our data files on our secure server.


3) The server retrieves instantaneously the dealerships requested attributes about that customer and it is emailed to the dealerships assigned individuals. Example: GM, Sales Manager, Finance, or Salesperson. All inquires are stored on our server(s) in case of a mishap.

 

Attributes:
Data within the Soft Check System consists of over 230 million individuals nationwide, with over 300 fields of information defining the characteristics of each individual in its database. Updated quarterly.
